Dean Taylor
CEO
Dean has worked as the CEO of BIS for 4 years and has over 20 years’ experience leading several companies throughout the UK.
He has a technical background as a mechatronics engineer specialising in mechanical and electrical engineering. In recent years has focussed on business tools and techniques such as lean and 6 sigma to drive business change.
Dean enjoys exercise and socialising with friends and family.

Delilah is a keen runner and enjoys socialising with friends and family.

General Manager: FM Division
Sean has worked for BIS for 11 years and is the General Manager of the FM division and has over 15 years experience in FM, Construction and Projects (Prince 2 certified).
Sean enjoys exercise, playing golf and spending time with his young family.
