Meet the team
Dean Taylor
CEO
Dean has worked as the CEO of BIS for 4 years and has over 20 years’ experience leading several companies throughout the UK.
He has a technical background as a mechatronics engineer specialising in mechanical and electrical engineering. In recent years has focussed on business tools and techniques such as lean and 6 sigma to drive business change.
Dean enjoys exercise and socialising with friends and family.
Mike McGrath
Finance Director
Mike has worked as the Finance Director at BIS for three and a half years and has over 20 years experience working in various senior finance roles. He’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has a BA Hons degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Glamorgan.
When he is not working, he can be found with his family and his two spaniels who enjoy running more than he does

Delilah is a keen runner and enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Sean has worked for BIS for 11 years and is the General Manager of the FM division and has over 15 years experience in FM, Construction and Projects (Prince 2 certified).
Sean enjoys exercise, playing golf and spending time with his young family.
