(PPM) Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

BIS FM offers a national PPM programme to our customers. By aligning services that are linked or dependent on each other for compliance, BIS’s approach reduces the number of annual visits and maximise engineer productivity whilst on site. By applying a logical sequence to servicing and maintaining linked infrastructure, we can reduce the amount of time and money our customers spend on ensuring their sites are compliant.

Reactive Maintenance

To supplement our PPM service offering, BIS also offer reactive works across a wide range of services, from roof works to groundworks and everything in between. A mixture of in-house technicians and carefully qualified sub-contractors allow us to provide 24/7, 365 support to our customers throughout the UK, covering more than 165 sites and fulfilling more 2000 works order per year.
