Department: Sales
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our existing industrial sales accounts and prospecting new customers. Able to commercially prioritise opportunities whilst building and servicing multi-level customer relationships. Priorities are customer care, acquisition, and company profitability. Will prepare and present customer quotations and project specifications. Liaise with the internal sales team and supporting departments both in person and via the CRM system. Prepare and maintain a 3-month sales forecast and measure performance against agreed targets.
